1. Shipping Schedule

All orders are shipped on a rolling daily schedule from our distribution centers. Orders are dispatched after full payment is received and cleared. The standard order processing time is one to two business days following payment clearance. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed and scheduled for shipment. 

2. Shipping Carriers

We primarily use UPS and FedEx for parcel shipping within the United States. For palletized or large-volume shipments, we offer Less Than Truckload (LTL), Full Truckload (FTL), and specialized freight carriers depending on the shipment’s size, weight, and destination. If you wish to use your own shipping account or request a specific carrier, you must notify our logistics team at the time of placing the order. All alternative arrangements and associated costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume, weight and dimensions, shipping destination, and real-time carrier rates. Estimated shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. For large or customized orders, we recommend contacting our team in advance for a quote. All shipments must be prepaid before dispatch. Tavasco Wholesale does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.

4. Fuel Surcharges

A fuel surcharge may be applied to all outbound shipments. This surcharge reflects current fuel prices, carrier-imposed adjustments, and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. The surcharge rate is subject to change without prior notice and applies to both parcel and freight shipments.

5. Delivery Terms (F.O.B. Shipping Point)

All shipments originate Free On Board (F.O.B.) from our primary distribution centers located at 2137 Hamilton Avenue, Hamilton, NJ 08609 and 2750 Brunswick Pike, Skyann Unit B, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648. Once the shipment leaves our facility, title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer. Customers are responsible for any claims related to damage, loss, or delays occurring after the shipment has departed. All pricing and delivery charges are invoiced at the current rate at the time of shipment and are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations. 

6. Freight Shortage or Damage Claims

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all deliveries immediately in the presence of the delivery driver. All cases or individual pieces must be counted and compared with the delivery receipt or bill of lading. Any shortages, damage, or signs of tampering must be noted directly on the delivery receipt before signing. To file a claim, take clear photos of the damaged or missing items and email the details to info@tavascowholesale.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, delivery receipt, relevant images, and a detailed description of the issue. Please note that failure to document the issue on the delivery receipt and notify us within the 48-hour window may result in claim denial and forfeiture of refund or replacement.

7. E-Commerce Platform Fulfillment

Tavasco Wholesale supports direct shipment to Amazon FBA Fulfillment Centers, Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), and other third-party logistics (3PL) or e-commerce platforms. To request fulfillment, customers must provide accurate destination addresses and shipping labels at the time of order. Any platform-specific delivery requirements, such as pallet guidelines or ASN details, must be communicated in advance. Tavasco Wholesale is not responsible for delays or rejections resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping documentation provided by the customer.

8. Disclaimer

Tavasco Wholesale reserves the right to correct any clerical errors, omissions, or pricing inaccuracies at any time. We may refuse shipments or hold orders if there are outstanding payments or unresolved logistics issues. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to all terms outlined in this Shipping & Delivery Policy.
